I’ve got another WSET Diploma exam coming up. This time it’s Unit 6, which is all about fortified wines. So think Port, Sherry, Madeira, and so on. It’s bloody lucky that I find this stuff interesting, cos it’s bad enough as it is!
It’s a beautiful day outside, and I’ve been sat in my flat researching Sherry companies. From what I can work out, what I’m meant to do is go on their websites and work out who they are, what they do, and find out their hopes and dreams or something like that.
Revising for exams is tedious at the best of times. When the sun is shining, or I’ve got a back log of blogs to write up, or orders to box up, or tasting nights to organise, or all of the above it gets a bit more than annoying.
But it’ll all be worth it in the end I guess.
Bloody hope so!
