From the other end of the availability spectrum, I’m flying from the lesser-spotted Lambrusco to the can’t-move-for-bottles-of-it Pinot Grigio.
In terms of looking for a crowd pleaser, I’m not sure I’ve got one here. What I have got is the opportunity to lay to rest the ghosts of paint stripper, cheap crap that have haunted pub wine lists for the last 10 years. Pinot Grigio is better than that!
