My life has just taken a major turn for the better. After two weeks of solidly being glued to my chair in the office and getting all my accounts from the last 18 months up to date I’ve finally caught up with myself! Of course I celebrated by cracking open a bottle of wine and sitting through a really boring 0-0 draw between my team Liverpool and West Ham. Well, at least I had the wine!
This week I’ll be starting off with a natter about the Australia Wine tasting that was on last week. There are big changes coming for the Aussie wine industry just round the corner. I’ll be giving a quick one on how I see it at the minute and what you should be looking out for.
After a weekend on the stall of trying something different (and it having…er…mixed results) I’ll be talking about the importance of getting people smiling early doors when they’re tasting your wines.
Running wine dinners is a lot of fun, but it’s not always easy to get the word out there. I’ll be giving the ups and downs of the things I’ve learned so far about how to get those bums on seats.
And finally, I went to see The Libertines at the O2 at the weekend. Normally I’m not a fan of seeing gigs at such big arenas, but could a couple of tweaks, including wine, turn it round for me?
Hope you all have great weeks
Cheers
