The 5 star luxury hotel and spa resort, just outside of Reading, famed for its incredible 30,000 bottle cellar (I think that’s why the town is called STOCKcross!) is celebrating 20 years open to the punters with a special week of wine dinners.
Head sommelier Romain Bourger, and Director of Wine James Hocking, are hosting 7 different Michelin starred chefs at the restaurant over the course of the week in the 7 day long #BackToTheVine festival.
